Two recycling containers are provided at the Alix/Mirror transfer station located 1/2 mile south of Hwy 50 on Alix North Road.
Recycle Bins - Circular Materials
Recycling Bins are located at the Alix/Mirror Transfer Site. Click HERE for what Circular Materials accepts in their program. All bins are single stream recycling, which means no more sorting your recycling!
Please only place what is accepted in the program, non-recyclable items contaminate the bin and may result in all materials being sent to the landfill!
Do not bag your recycled materials, place items loose in the bins.
Recycling Steps:

Rinse and remove caps, labels and lids from all glass items.

Rinse and remove labels from all cans.

Remove labels and loose lids from tin cans and dispose separately.

Rinse, remove labels and caps and crush Code "2" plastic containers.

All cardboard should be flatted, with metal staples / tape / waxed paper / plastic packing slip removed.
